Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a proposal, or entering into an agreement for services, you agree to these terms and any additional statements incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Services Description

STACKFORGE provides software development, architecture, and consulting focused on iGaming and related products, including custom platform builds, integrations, and technical advisory. The exact scope of work is defined in a separate statement of work or contract.

Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and lawful use of deliverables. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate, including licensing and gambling rules where relevant.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you generally own the bespoke deliverables created specifically for your project under the terms of your agreement. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how, and may use non-confidential learnings to improve our practice.

Payment Terms

Fees are typically invoiced on a milestone basis as set out in your contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due net thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payment may suspend work or incur interest as specified in your agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement, often formalized through a mutual NDA. Project details, roadmaps, and proprietary materials must not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from our services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London, England, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer law.
